Payments Accepted.
We accept Paypal, Sezzle, and Stripe as well as all major credit cards.
Shipping Method.
We utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.
The shipping time frame is 2-5 business days. Once your package is turned over to USPS we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Processing Time
Standard processing times begins once you receive your order confirmation email. Processing time is between 1-5 business days for bundles, lace, and hair accessories. The processing time for custom service and made- to orders is 7-14 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is extended to 15 business days for all pre-order/unit construction/custom unit services. For customers shipping bundles in for unit construction, processing begins once the hair is received. Once the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created and you will receive an Order Fulfillment email.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE HAIR APPOINTMENTS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER, we are not responsible for appointments missed.
For Custom Wigs and Made to Order wigs, the processing time is 7-14 business days. The processing time will not begin until after we have received your measurements and or hair. Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
During sales processing times can be extended up to 25 business days.
Refund policy
ALL PURCHASES MADE DURING A SALE ARE DEEMED AS FINAL.
No Returns only EXCHANGES or Store Credit for items of equal or lesser value.
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. After 7 days have passed no returns or exchanges will be given. We do not refund shipping costs or taxes.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Do not remove zip ties.
- Do not unroll wefts.
- Do not remove product tags.
- Do not wash the items.
- Do not brush items.
- Do not cut, bleach, dye, or install the items. Items must also be in the original packaging with lace still attached uncut.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@radiantlyrawtresses.com for further instructions.

WIGS
Due to the nature of the product and for sanitary reasons, All sales are final no exchanges will be permitted on wigs or any custom items.
We strongly advise having assistance available when taking your head measurements for a custom wig, it is also strongly recommended to measure your at least 3 times to ensure accuracy. If in the event you receive an ill-fitting wig, due to no fault of our own, you will be subject to a reconstruction fee.
