Processing time is between 1-5 business days.
Standard processing times begin once you receive your order confirmation email. Processing time is between 1-5 business days (holidays and weekends are excluded). During sales processing times can be extended to 25 business days.

Refunds

If there has been an error on the part of Radiantly Raw Tresses, we will provide a refund or exchange on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the hair. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products or extensions.
Outside of this, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.

Exchanges

All exchanges must occur within 7 days of you receiving the hair. No exceptions. Do not remove the zip ties from the hair. If zip ties are removed, all exchanges will be void and not accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Coloring, chemical alterations, or any modifications will make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any hair that has been installed, colored, washed, brushed, bleached, dyed, combed, or cut. The hair must also be in the original packaging with the lace still attached, uncut.

Email your exchange request, and we will send instructions on where to return the hair. The hair must be returned in the original packaging, in resell able condition, with a copy of your written exchange request.
You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Radiantly Raw Tresses was at fault.
All items purchased on sale are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.

Due to the nature of Raw Human Hair, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and pattern. No two bundles will look the same, and raw hair does not have uniform waves or curl patterns. During the fulfillment process, we will do our best to ensure all the bundles match, creating your own unique look.
