PROCESSING TIME

Please allow us 1-5 business days for hair, not including shipping time (THIS EXCLUDES SAT & SUN AND HOLIDAYS) to process your order, and then you will receive your tracking number. For Custom Wigs and Made to Order wigs, the processing time is 7-14 business days not including shipping time. The processing time will not begin until after we have received your measurements and or hair. Orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
During sales, the processing times can be extended up to 21 business days.

REFUND POLICY

ALL PURCHASES MADE DURING A SALE ARE DEEMED AS FINAL.
No Returns only EXCHANGES or Store Credit for items of equal or lesser value.
You have 7 days from the date of receipt in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. After 7 days have passed no returns or exchanges will be given. We do not refund shipping costs or taxes.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
