Standard processing times begins once you receive your order confirmation email. Processing time is between 1-5 business days for bundles, lace, and hair accessories. The processing time for custom service and made- to orders is 7-14 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is extended to 15 business days for all pre-order/unit construction/custom unit services. For customers shipping bundles in for unit construction, processing begins once the hair is received. Once the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created and you will receive an Order Fulfillment email.

During sales/promotions, the processing time is extended to 10 business days for bundles, lace, and accessories. During sales/promotions, custom unit services processing times will be extended to 25 business days.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
All orders will be shipped out, there are no pick-ups under any circumstance. All orders are subject to the processing time regardless of any emergency on the customer’s behalf. Any exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis at Radiantly Raw Tresses’ discretion

No Refunds only exchanges or Store Credit for items of equal or lesser value.

Please be advised you have 7 days from the date of receipt in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. After 7 days have passed no returns or exchanges will be given. We do not refund shipping costs or taxes. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
